Why can’t I process orders over the website?

I really try to offer a bespoke service - I like to speak to my customers, ask about their preference for fonts and designs. For now, the only way to do that is by speaking to you in person or communicating via email. I do hope the website gives you information and inspiration!

What is your turnaround time?

Turnaround times vary depending on the item ordered, but orders are usually complete by the end of the next working day.
I will always quote you a delivery time before we start a project.
Rush orders can be accommodated if there is capacity. Please don’t hesitate to inquire if necessary.

For Shabbos orders, I always advise to order by Wednesday noon to avoid disappointment.

Can I fetch my order outside of your opening times?

When your order is ready, you will get a message with our opening times for collection. If you can only collect outside of those hours, please contact me first to confirm it is convenient (and I am in!)

How will you gift wrap my gift?

 Please do tell me if you have specific requirements. Some of our items are wrapped in cellophane, others in wrapping paper – I wrap everything with care and attention, making sure your gift is protected.There is  charge for special arrangements starting from £5.

Can I supply my own artwork?

You are welcome to send in your own artwork, but it should be of good quality. Additional charges will apply for low resolution artwork that needs converting.

What are your opening hours?

Please call before you come over to avoid disappointment!

My general opening hours are:

Monday -Wednesday 10am - 3pm

Thursday 10am - 5pm and 7.30pm to 9.30pm

I do sometimes attend trade shows or appointments outside of the office, so it is advisable to give a quick call before coming over to shop!

Is personalisation included in the price?

YES! I do not charge per letter or word.

The price includes standard engraving (or personalisation) of a simple text or monogram on an item.
I am happy to accommodate additional design requirements, but might need to charge for time. A quote will always be supplied and work will only commence once additional cost is approved. Please feel free to contact me on info@studioluxe.co.uk

Do you take card payments?

Yes, we accept all major debit and credit cards. We charge a 10% transaction fee on charges below £20. 

Can I cancel or get a refund on an order, or do you take returns?

You can obtain a refund for your order if your order has not been engraved or personalised in any way. Once work has commenced or been completed, it cannot be refunded, exchanged or returned for a credit.
